Computing Rotation-Invariant Scalar Indices

Each diffusion tensor captures properties of local tissue microstructure. To reveal these properties, it is customary to derive a set of scalar indices. DTI-TK supports the computation of these indices from DTI volumes. The main tool is TVTool. The associated documentation explains how the common indices can be computed.
